Perfect for Family Adventures

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a spacious room with matching nightwear sets for the whole family, which was just cute and a real touch of thoughtfulness.

Not exactly cheap, but given the family-friendly nature and amenities, it was still reasonable.

I found the Disney monorail just a short walk away, making it super convenient to hop over to Disneyland, and I loved having Kasai Rinkai Park so close for evening strolls along the waterfront with stunning views of Tokyo Bay. the hotel provided a great home base for my explorations, especially with its spacious rooms and friendly staff who were always ready to help.

staying at hilton was great! the family happy magic room ocean was lovely and well-decorated. the location is perfect for getting to bus stop c from mai hama station, making it super easy to reach the parks. breakfast was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. the standout service from togashi san made us feel relaxed after long days.

Being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room was a highlight, and the breakfast options catered well to all ages. However, the room showed signs of age and could use some updates, while clarity on breakfast policies could have been improved. The strict enforcement of rules was off-putting, adding unnecessary stress during check-in.

Amazing pools and awesome theme rooms!

The kids loved the theme rooms with bunk beds, and the view was stunning. The pools were great for hanging out after a day at the park. Breakfast buffets had a ton of choices, which was perfect for our family of teens. Just wish the pools were a bit bigger!

The room I stayed in was a Twin Hilton Room Ocean, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay and a comfortable space that was perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park. I stayed for 3 nights and loved the spacious Happy Magic Room Ocean. The view of Tokyo Bay was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. Convenient access to Disney parks made our trip seamless. 🍽️

Had an awesome time with friends! The play space by the check-in was great for the kids, and we loved watching the model train in the lobby. The hotel really tries to be welcoming, especially for families. Super close to the Disney parks too, which made it easy to get there. Just a heads up, breakfast can get really busy, so be prepared for lines.

We did notice some cleanliness issues in our room, especially with the stains on the furniture. It was a bit disappointing considering how nice the hotel appeared otherwise.

Staying in the Happy Magic Room Park was really cool. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The spa offered an outdoor pool, sauna, and full body massage. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices. The convenience store nearby had awesome sushi too!

We loved the cozy family room with a park view and the convenience of the free shuttle service to Disneyland! Just a heads up, the room beds could be a bit more comfortable, but overall we had a fantastic stay! 😊

We greatly enjoyed our stay, particularly the themed Happy Magic Room Ocean that our kids absolutely loved. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the monorail, making it super easy to get to the parks.
